Click the Radar in blue at the bottom of the screen to go to the Locations of the Ancient Chests. Doesn't that look like a graph?

The stars on the radar tell you the coordinate point on the chests. Remember x-axis (horizontal) goes first then y axis (vertial). Note when the lines go negative.
